KMTelecom’s High Speed Internet is presently a distance-restricted service and is not available in all areas. KMTelecoms’ customer service

on location, line quality, Internet traffic, CPU speed, operating system configuration and other factors beyond control of KMTelecom.
We provide the service on a “best effort” standard and do not guarantee upload or download speeds. Uninterrupted or error-free
service is also not guaranteed. Prices are based on bundling the service with telephone. If service is not bundled, the monthly rate
increases by $15.

Webmail – If you’re away from home and need to check
email, no problem. WebMail is a web based mail application
which allows you to read and process your email
from a web browser running on any computer with access
to the Internet. It’s simple, go to www.kmtel.com and
click on “webmail.”
VEMail – Add VEMail, it’s free! VEMail sends a copy of
your voicemail messages to your email account. Check
your voicemail messages from your computer. Of course
you’ll need voicemail on your phone line! When it’s set
up, ask for VEMail to be added — absolutely FREE!

Need On-Site Internet Help?
On-site assistance is available at $75/hour with a 1-hour
minimum charge. If you can access the Internet, we also
offer live remote assistance at no charge. Please contact
the 24x7 Internet Tech Support during business hours to
schedule an appointment.
Notes:
- Subject to KMTelecom's acceptable use policy.
- Monthly charge includes unlimited Internet access. Telephone service is required for these rates.
- Minimum hardware requirements:
- PC or Macintosh with an Ethernet adapter installed. A 10 Mbps or 10/100 Mbps adapter will work.
- PC must have Windows XP or newer operating systems and 256 Mb of memory. Older Windows operating systems may work but they are not supported.
- Macintosh must have Operating System 7.5 or higher and 32 Mb of memory.
- HSI is installed on the telephone wall outlet specified by the customer. The High Speed Internet line cannot be moved by the customer. If you need to relocate your computer to a different room or change the wall outlet used for HSI, you must contact KMTelecom and setup a service order.
- With a router you can connect more than one computer to the HSI line.
- Static IP addresses available for an extra charge:
- $10/month for 1st static IP address
- $1.95/month for additional IP addresses
- Email boxes have a 50 Mb capacity. Additional capacity in 10 Mb increments is available for $3.95 for each additional 10 Mb above 50MB.
