On-site assistance is available at $75/per hour with 1-hour minimum charge. If you can access the Internet, we also offer live remote assistance at $20 per incident. Please contact the helpdesk during normal business hours to schedule an appointment.

Note: The outgoing server uses the same password authentication as the incoming mail server. You can also use the authenticated outgoing server for laptops to send email when you are connected to the Internet when traveling.
