WildBlue Protection Includes:
- The cost of all labor and parts to repair or replace
a defect in a Covered Product;
- The cost of shipping for repair or replacement of
a Covered Product;
- Repair or replacement of power surge damage to your
WildBlue modem and cable.
You are required to have a KMTelecom approved surge protection
connected to your WildBlue modem.
Defects
include functional part failures within WildBlue hardware
such as the modem, antenna and assembly. A Covered Product
will be restored to normal condition as stated above only after
it has failed during normal use. KMTelecom may require troubleshooting
of the product over the phone or otherwise to verify any failure
prior to repair or replacement. Parts used to repair defects
may be new, remanufactured or used per KMTelecom’s sole
discretion.
AVG Antivirus Protection
AVG Professional Single Edition is perfectly designed to
give you the maximum antivirus protection for your single
home PC or workstation.

protection. All file
and e-mail activity is checked automatically, allowing you to get
on with your work
without worrying about viruses.
- It is extremely fast, reliable and light on resources, so, no matter
how demanding a user you are, it will not slow down your performance.
- Free program and virus updates are provided. AVG Professional Edition
updates itself automatically whenever updates are available. Alternatively
you can update manually, or configure AVG Professional to download updates at
a scheduled
time that suites you.
- Multiple language support in one package. No need to buy a special language
version, as all languages are included in the one product. A simple click
of the mouse and the entire interface (including help files) will instantly change
to your required language.

WildBlue Protection Does Not Cover:
- Service,
maintenance, repair or replacement due to any loss resulting
from usage
other than normal usage and which
is beyond KMTelecom’s normal control such as: damage
due to misuse, abuse, intentional acts, insect or other
infestation, fire, water, foreign substances, organic
materials, windstorm,
hail, theft, terrorism/war, negligence, or acts of God;
- Installations
not grounded in accordance with WildBlue standards;
- External
signal interference;
- Line
of sight problems or restrictions;
- Exterior
or cosmetic items of the product, including, but not limited
to, paint, finish, cords, cables
and connectors;
- Non-operating
components of the product;
- Internal
software of PC, components not essential to basic product
functionality including networking
hardware or software;
Any component or product that has been opened, tampered
with, repaired, or otherwise accessed
by anyone other than an authorized WildBlue
or KMTelecom service representative or
center;
Repair of product(s) upon noncompliance of any part
of these terms and conditions
by You;
Coverage, components or products not specifically listed
herein as
a Covered Product;
Damage that is reported after expiration of the coverage
period.
Other:
- If
a customer signs up for the plan after install, they must
commit to
stay on the protection plan for 1 year. Prior
to service – it is month to month
- Truck
Rolls – We will allow a 30-day window for us
to go back to the customers at no charge if there was something
bad with the install or the equipment.
Note: If the trouble
is due to other reasons – customer will be offered the
protection plan – if they don’t take it – our
standard hourly rate will apply – including travel time.
- WildBlue
has a 1-year warranty on its product.
